How to Earn ESA Ranking Points

If you’re dancing in a Closed Division (Bronze, Silver or Gold level) at an ESA-affiliated event, you’re already part of the ESA Circuit and you’re earning ranking points throughout the season!

+ 1 POINT

For Entering a One Dance Category

+ 3 POINTS

For Entering Three Dance Championship

+ 5 POINTS

For Entering Four Dance Championship

+ 20 POINTS

For Winning 1st Place

+ 15 POINTS

For Winning 2nd Place

+ 10 POINTS

For Winning 3rd Place

+ 5 POINTS

For Making the Final

+ 1 POINT

For Every Couple You Place Higher than In the Final in the 4 Dance Championship

First Season will run for 6 months

from September 2025 till March 2026.

Second season is 12 months

from April 2025 till March 2026

Flagship Event

is The Gala Ball London on 7-8 March,
at which the winners will be announced.
